I've been clicking around GardenWeb a lot lately to see what trends creative green thumbs are setting. Needless to say, they're doing things with outdoor spaces that really wow me. In addition to colorful blossoms, tranquil ponds and perfectly manicured trees and shrubs, I’m seeing lots of adorable accessories that add a very personal touch to a garden.

My favorite place for garden markers and plaques is Amaranth Stoneware in Ontario. The handcrafted ceramics are done in tasteful designs and many have very clever sayings that will bring a smile to any garden-lover. What would I put in my own yard? As of lately, these whimsical plaques would be fitting.
