I just wanted to share a secret find that I came upon. It's called Sunny's Goodtime Paint. She has a website. I tried to put it in the link. I don't have the money to hire a decorative painter... or buy new furniture or anything, but her paint isn't that expensive and she has a step by step how to apply it on her site. She also has a book. She has glazes and color washes that she came up with. the colors are beautiful. I haven't found another kind of paint that is easier to use or has prettier colors. Check it out (: It's amazing what a little do-it yourself paint job can do to make a difference to your home. She also has stencils that makes it look like you paint them yourself! It's too easy!
